ITINERARY:
FIRST DAY: PRIVATE AND GROUP: RECEPTION AT THE AIRPORT OR BUS STATION - CHULLPAS DE SILLUSTANI.
Reception at the bus station or airport and accommodation at KAARO HOTEL or similar https://kaarohoteles.com/kaarohotelbuho/ + buffet breakfast in Puno. In the afternoon, we will pick you up between 13:45h. and 14:00h. and transfer to the SILLUSTANI CHULLPAS, located 35 km from Puno. Various funerary structures from different periods can be observed. Return to Puno at 17:45h. and transfer to your hotel.
SECOND DAY: IN GROUP: UROS ISLANDS – AMANTANI
Pick-up from your hotel between 07:45h. and 08:00h., and transfer to the port. After 25 minutes, we will reach the Uros and visit for 1.5 hours. Continuing our journey to Amantani Island and reception by a family with a typical lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit the Pachatata or Pachamama temple, followed by an optional local music and dance show.
THIRD DAY: IN GROUP: AMANTANI ISLANDS – TAQUILE - PUNO
After breakfast, we will continue our journey with the same boat to Taquile Island. Then, we will walk for 1 hour to visit the handicrafts center and the Taquile Museum. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will return to Puno at 15:45h. and transfer to the hotel.
FOURTH DAY: IN GROUP: PUNO - RUTA DEL SOL – CUSCO.
This tour has a duration of 10 hours. It is the most entertaining, safe, and comfortable way to travel by bus from Puno to Cusco, traveling through the Route of the Sun, charming and mysterious places from our Inca past. Departure from Puno at 06:45h.
We will visit the lithic museum of Pukara, the Raya pass, the archaeological complex of Raqchi, and the colonial church of Andahuaylillas. Arrival in Cusco at 17:00h.
