SUMMARY:

SUN ISLAND from Puno/ FULL DAY

06:20h – 06:45h. Pick up from the Hotel in the city of Puno heading to the Kasani border (document verification) and continue our journey to the sanctuary of Copacabana. Next, we will visit the Isla del Sol, where the archaeological remains of Pilkokaina are located – an Inca temple dedicated to the worship of the sun or Inti. We will then descend to the Fountain of Youth and the Inca Garden.

ITINERARY:

• 06:20h – 06:45h. Pick up from your hotel, then transfer to the bus terminal.
• 11:30h. Arrival at the Kasani border (Peru-Bolivia) where passengers will carry out migration procedures with the assistance of our guide. We then head to the Sanctuary of Copacabana, where we will visit the Church of Copacabana, the market, and part of the center, followed by lunch.
• 13:30h. Visit to Isla del Sol (South part).
  • Inca Stairs (a thousand stairs).
  • Fountain of Youth of the Inca.
  • Terraces.
  • Visit to the Temple of the Sun and the ruins of Pilcocaina.
• 18:30h. Return bus Copacabana – Puno, and we will arrive around 20:45h approximately with transfer to your respective hotel.
