Fue poblada inicialmente por los puquinas y los uros 4 de noviembre, la ciudad altipl\u00e1nica la historia con diversas y emocionantes actividades, entre ellas, la gloriosa escenificaci\u00f3n de la leyenda de Manco C\u00e1pac y Mama Ocllo, que se da sin falta cada a\u00f1o y dentro de ella se cuenta cada detalle que se presume tuvo lugar en su momento, por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se conmemora la llegada de los primeros colonos espa\u00f1oles en 1668, as\u00ed como la fundaci\u00f3n de la ciudad.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se realizan distintas actividades, como los concursos y pasacalles con la t\u00edpica marinera Pune\u00f1a, donde toda la ciudad se alza en pie para disfrutar de la danza, por supuesto los desfiles caracter\u00edsticos, exhibici\u00f3n del arte pune\u00f1o mediante ferias gastron\u00f3micas o exposiciones art\u00edsticas.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un deleite visual, auditivo e informativo, algo que sin duda no pasa desapercibido.<\/span><\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Puno situada en la meseta del Collao, en la parte meridional del pa\u00eds; es la capital del distrito, de la provincia y del departamento hom\u00f3nimos.
